As a former accountant, I was tired of being the “bean counter” and always wanted to try my love of the restaurant business. I found a great location in Winter Springs at a former Pizza Hut and turned it into what is known as Casey’s Grill. From “bean counter” to restaurateur, I was hooked and over 20 years later – Casey’s is still the best sports bar in Winter Springs.
For over 20 years, Casey’s Grill and Bar has been a neighborhood landmark for great food and fun. From delicious starters like Chicken Casey-Dillas (chicken, cheese, mushrooms and some serious zing) to big burgers like the Mushroom Bacon Cheeseburger, loaded with crisp bacon, sautéed shrooms and your choice of cheese, they deliver the goods while you’re catching the game or catching up with friends and family.
